reMarkable
reMarkable notebooks are handwriting, so they come across in two steps: the reMarkable turns the writing into text, then Twos imports the text.
How

Convert on the reMarkable
Open the notebook, select the handwriting or the whole page, tap Share, and choose Convert to text and send.

Email it to yourself
Check the converted text, then send it to your own email address.

Paste it into Twos
Copy the text from the email and paste it in Settings Integrations reMarkable. Each line becomes a thing, and reMarkable's page breaks become dividers.
