Moving to the new Twos
Twos Plus and purchases after the move
Twos Plus belongs to your account, not to an app, so it carries over no matter where you bought it.
Why you'd care
When two apps become one, the obvious worry is paying twice or losing what you paid for. Neither needs to happen.
Where you bought Plus
| You bought Plus in | What happens |
|---|---|
| The original Twos app on iPhone | Nothing changes. Your subscription keeps renewing in the same app |
| NewTwos on iPhone or Mac | Your subscription keeps renewing as it is, and you have Plus in Twos as soon as you sign in |
| Android | Nothing changes |
| The web | Nothing changes |
| Lifetime, anywhere | It is yours for good, on every device |
You never need to cancel and buy again. Your subscription and your Plus stay exactly as they are.
Managing a NewTwos subscription
A subscription you started in NewTwos still says NewTwos in your iPhone's subscription settings. That is expected. Manage or cancel it there, in the Settings app, under your name and then Subscriptions. See your subscription.
Restore purchases
Restore looks for purchases made in the app you are using. A NewTwos subscription belongs to NewTwos, so Restore in Twos will not find it, and it does not need to. Your Plus is already on your account. If Plus is missing, check that you are signed in to the right account first.
Tips
- If Twos asks you to subscribe and you already pay, stop. You are almost certainly signed in to a different account. See your account and your data.
- Prices did not change with the move.
