Plus unlocks the organizing, customization and AI layers. Writing things down stays free forever.
What it includes
Organizing: templates and packs, layouts, clones, mentions and backlinks, archive, dynamic list tooling, lists that reset themselves on a schedule.
Views: week view, weekly digest, universe, customizable Home.
Customization: the nav bar, edit bar, selection bar, swipes, fonts, app icons, colour themes, wallpapers, confetti, sounds.
AI: unlimited chat, Ramble, choosing the model.
Other: multiple accounts, streak protection, default calendar, custom referral code, removing shared branding.
What stays free
Everything in the first weeks of using Twos: unlimited things and lists, days and carry-over, every capture route, reminders including repeating and location, calendar sync, search, photos and photo text, memories, trash, sharing and collaboration, passcodes, headings, auto-sort, review, where the app opens to, and all the formatting: highlight, text colour, cancel, code and quotes.
How you pay for it
Three ways, and they unlock exactly the same things.

Lifetime is a real one-time purchase. There is no subscription behind it and nothing to cancel. You pay once and Plus stays on, including everything added to Plus later.
It is worth considering if you already know you want Twos long term. Roughly speaking, it pays for itself against the yearly plan in a handful of years, and against monthly much sooner. If you are not sure yet, start on the trial or monthly and switch later. Buying lifetime after subscribing is fine.
Prices vary by country and are set by the App Store, Google Play and Stripe rather than by us, so the figure you see in the app is the one that applies to you. See manage your subscription.
Free Plus from friends
Every friend who joins with your referral link or code gives you a free month of Plus, up to 3 months per account, and gives your friend a free week. Free time stacks onto the end of any free Plus you already have, and it is separate from the trial, so it does not use it up. If you already pay for Plus, you get 200 coins instead. If you are an Original Twoser
Accounts created before 2 September 2024 are Original Twosers, marked with an OT badge next to the username.
You already have everything, for life. Every Plus feature is unlocked, permanently, at no cost. There is nothing to buy and nothing to renew. Everything added to Plus in future is included too, so it does not narrow over time. You do not need to do anything.
The cutoff is closed. No account created on or after that date gets OT status, and there is no way to earn it now. That is deliberate: it would not mean much to the people who were there first if it were still being handed out.
You can still buy a plan if you want to. Subscribing or buying lifetime as an Original Twoser is supported, and it does not change your access, because you already have all of it. Some people do it to support the app being built. That is the only reason to, and it is entirely optional.
Deciding
The honest test: have you hit the same wall twice?
If you keep wanting templates, or keep wanting the week view, that is a real signal. If you are considering it because it seems more complete, wait. The free tier is not a trial and it does not expire.
There is a trial, so you can check rather than guess. We send you a notification the day before it ends, so a charge never catches you off guard. Inviting friends earns free months on top of it.

Anything you unlocked before is still yours. Features bought outright in an earlier version of Twos stay unlocked whether or not you subscribe. See what you keep.
