Moving to the new Twos

If something is not right after the move

The quick fixes for what most often goes wrong right after the move.

I was signed out

Sign in the same way you always did: the same email, or the same Google or Apple button. See sign in.

The app is empty, or my lists are missing

You are almost certainly in a different account. Open the account switcher and check the name, then sign in to your usual account. Your account and your data walks through it.

It is asking me to pay again

If you already pay for Plus, do not buy it again. Check that you are in the right account. A NewTwos subscription carries over even though Restore in Twos cannot see it. See Twos Plus and purchases.

My widget is blank

Remove the widget and add it again. The new widgets need iOS 17 or later. See widgets.

My Siri shortcut stopped working

The original app's Siri actions were replaced. Rebuild the shortcut with the new actions. See Siri and Shortcuts.

A reminder fired twice

Open Twos once, and give it a moment to sync. It reschedules every reminder from your account when it opens. If it keeps happening, see notification problems.

If you have both Twos and NewTwos installed, links can open either one. Delete NewTwos once you are signed in to Twos.

The old Android app says to update

The original Android app can no longer be updated. Install Google Play and sign in with the same account.

Where did a feature go?

Some settings from the original app have no equivalent in the new one. Settings that changed lists them. If you miss one, tell us.

Still stuck?

Write to us. Include your device, the app version (in Settings, under help and about), the email on your account, and how you sign in. That usually lets us fix it in one reply. See contact support.
