Finding someone by username, or inviting people you already know.
By username
Search their handle. Usernames are the reliable route, since they are unique and case-insensitive.
From your contacts
You can check which of your contacts already use Twos.
This is opt-in and requires contacts permission. If that is not something you want to grant, username search covers the same ground with more effort and no permission.
Going further
Finding is not following. Locating someone shows their public profile and nothing more.
Inviting is separate from finding. Sending someone a referral link gets them an account and a free week of Plus, and gets you a free month. See invite friends.
You can be unfindable. Turning the public side off removes you from search entirely. See Settings Advanced Feed.
Tips
- Share your profile link rather than asking people to search. It is one tap for them.
- Skip contacts matching unless you actually want to find people. Username search is enough for one or two.
