For a university project (whole class, simulation of a scrum project), I chose the tech director and QA roles. BUT this last week, I ended up doing backend, frontend, ui/ux, project management, among others, and the professor described it as a horse (me lol) carrying a carriage. So he took me off the project to see how they will do without me, and I'll now be given an individual project after 4 weeks of working my ass off for this one. Feels weirdly disappointing, because I won't be a part of the final result now. But now I'll sleep more than 3 hours a night, and not stress over someone writing 1000 lines of code without using the mvc pattern everyone else usedby Andi on TwosFor a university project (whole class, simulation of a scrum project), I chose the tech director and QA roles.
