I wonder if that was by design so he could test his students' faith.If he had to explain everything he said in minute detail and explain every last thing, there would be no need for faithHe knew he was leaving the world at around 32 years of age though, and he knew he couldn't possibly explain everything from the time that he started preaching to his death. it's almost like knowing that, he intentionally decided to make his teachings some sort of mystical so as to promote asking questions and promote faith in his followers.
