Had a great time at the John Lewis rally today. Really was able to notice the negativity bias working in my brain when people drove past giving us either the middle finger or thumbs down. So I consciously concentrated on the more numerous cars that honked and gave us thumbs up and waved. I feel warm and fuzzy in my body. Also very excited to talk to Luane at the Methodist church about music opportunities.
