As I do from time to time, I'm trialling a new setup in Twos. I've done GTD, PARA and a variety of different frameworks. This week I created an All in One template. Of course you can use Twos in so many different ways without any structure - but I do like a bit of structure! My life has changed over the past 12 months. Before, I used Twos as a project management tool, to keep tabs on staff and a variety of projects, plus personal admin, but my focus has shifted this year. I needed a different way to approach my planning. The template amalgamates all my lists (I've archived a few and made some redundant), plus daily logging, weekly and months reviews, goals and objectives etc.by Nicola on TwosAs I do from time to time, I'm trialling a new setup in Twos. I needed a different way to approach my planning. The template amalgamates all my lists (I've archived a few and made some redundant), plus daily logging, weekly and months reviews, goals and objectives etc.I've starred some of the lists that I need to check every day. This works really well and gives me a single screen view of my day. These are collapsed here for privacy.Underneath the various headings are other lists. Each section has multiple lists. During my weekly review, I'll date tasks so that they then appear in my Today page.So far, it's working well. I'm going to trial it for a while and then I'll share the template in case it's of interest to anyone else.
