After noticing some early progress, I set a personal goal to lose 20–30 pounds by Christmas. I’m thrilled to share that not only did I meet my goal, but I exceeded it by losing an additional six pounds. On Christmas Day, I stepped on the scale and, for the first time in years, weighed under 200 pounds. It can do the same for you if you choose to use it that way.by John Allen on TwosOn Labor Day this year, I embarked on a weight loss program sponsored by my employer.
