I'm currently using Twos and Capacities to run my life, and this is how it works:Twos*Things*. Little snippets of information or random thoughts I don't want to forget.Lists. Easily written, easily accessible, easily shared.Reminders.CapacitiesOrganising complex structures and planning. (Backlinking is essential for me.)Long form writing.---All that said, if and when Twos incorporates backlinking, it has the dangerous potential to become my all-in-one app. But even if it doesn't, Twos is in my life for the long haul.
