Not a cloud in the sky. I have all the food and money I could ask for. I have limitless water. I am about to go on a nice, long work. I have loving friends and family. My dad is out golfing. My mom is cleaning up Christmas decorations. May be a little yoga, meditation in a bit. Maybe some reading. Life is fucking good broI’ve really been working on breathing lately. I feel like I don’t breath deep enough. Or I have too many short, shallow breaths
