Sat Oct 14, 2023by Nicola on TwosThis week tipped me into overwhelm. As well as my normal dayjob managing a team of 10 and delivering five services, two more projects have tipped the balance. These are critical - 7 of my team are at risk of redundancy, and hundreds of vulnerable clients could lose their support if we don’t secure replacement funding. Whilst I have a good plan, my first priority this weekend is to hone it - in Twos, of course. Getting everything out of my head is the antidote to overwhelm.
