Fri Jul 21, 2023by Nicola on TwosA man called Kevin Mitnick died on 16th July. He started out as a hacker and became a cyber security specialist. I hadn't heard of him before but I went off to find his book:Ghost in the WiresI started reading it last night and didn't want to put it down. As I walked from the car park to the office, I thought about this guy who I'd never heard of before and his amazing story. At lunchtime, I sat in Costa for half an hour, latte to hand, reading the book on my phone and laughing out loud at some of his escapades. It never ceases to amaze me how some people continue to inspire long after they shuffle off this mortal coil. His exploits would make a great film. Read more about him:Some of his life story.
