This past Saturday, the Alzheimer's Association hosted “The Walk to End Alzheimer's“ at Raymond James Stadium. This was the first year the event was hosted at the Buccaneer's Stadium and helped raise money for Alzheimer's care, support and research.. One of the sponsors of the event was a local tech startup “Twos“ - an app and website that helps people stop forgetting things.. “We believe one of the best ways to stop forgetting is to write things down,“ founder Parker Klein says. He continued, “Twos is an all-in-one place to write things you want to remember.“. “Those who care for or know people who have struggled with Alzheimer's understand how painful forgetting things can be, which is why we wanted to sponsor the Walk to End Alzheimer's and help stop forgetting“ co-founder Joe Steilberg emphasized.. The team of two spent the morning giving away t-shirts, stickers, and $2 bills, while speaking with families about their technology that makes remembering things easy.. Along with their sponsorship of the event, all proceeds from their merchandise (TwosMerch. com) are being donated to the Alzheimer's Association.
