- In markdown for Reddit I'm afraid!
- [Betwixt](https://www.betwixt.life) (iOS and android, free to start, tiered after including free)- this I think is the most engaging and gave me the most to think about. It's a story based adventure where you play through a number of chapters and can select answers/type in answers in places and the story adapts to your inputs. It's a fantasy setting, but I found myself really exploring some difficult concepts very effectively. It's written by a therapist and you can tell! You can play the first three chapters for free and then there are various tiers (including a free one) to continue if you are finding it useful. Each chapter took me about half an hour, and I found myself doing one every few days to give everything time to sink in.
- [How we feel](https://howwefeel.org) (iOS and android, free)- this one is useful for tracking how you feel, and it also has an pretty good ai based reflection mode which asks you questions about what you've said and helps you work through it, tempers the bad moods and makes the most of the good ones. It might help you identify times and situations where you're more likely to feel a certain way.
- [Healthy minds](https://hminnovations.org)- (iOS and android, free)- a series of meditations and classes focusing on developing your mind in the four areas of awareness, connection, insight, and purpose. Not all exercises that I've done so far resonated with me, but I can see a benefit to all of them. There are definitely some which I can see would help me greatly.
- [Balance](https://balanceapp.com) (iOS and android, free for a year)- these are very good meditations, they are tailored to you and start from scratch if you've never done it before. It'll try a bunch of different techniques and you can tell it you like it or not and then it'll do the things which you like more.
- Not an app, but the Australian government have a bunch of very good resources and worksheets on [their website](https://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/Resources/Looking-After-Yourself). There's pdfs with activities and information about a number of different things you could be struggling with.
- Best of luck!!
