- This process assumes that content has been created already and in this case content means the words. So there should be a Trello Card, CO#, and G-Drive Folder created.
- Create G Doc and name it "Meta Etc"
- Identify Keyword variations
- Create images
- This could involve taking images or creating images using AI. It could also include picking images from Shutterstock.
- We use Canva Pro to format and add text to images.
- When downloading images from Canva download them as .jpg.
- Use AI to write Pinterest Image Titles
- Use AI to write Pinterest descriptions
- Have AI write Image Alt Titles
- What is a CO#
- It is the way that we reference blog posts in Trello, conversations and documents. Each article gets a CO# such as CO#1 or CO#1111. We track this info in a Google Spreadsheet. In this spreadsheet we have the URL, PKW, and any relevant information required.
