Weekly wrap-up
by peterruns · 8 things on Twos
- How far did you run this week:
- 91 miles
- How was nutrition and recovery:
- Nutrition was pretty solid, but it will be good to have full red card from here on out. Recovery wasn't too great, but it wasn't the worst either. Gotta get better.
- Did you sleep well:
- I got about 7 a day which isn't very good, so I need to be better about that. I did sleep pretty well at least though.
- Review of the week:
- It was a really fun week being back in Lawrence with my friends! I had a good balance outside of running and work while still getting some stuff done! I'm interested to try drinking coffee and taking caffeine more before workouts and races and longer runs. Body feels pretty good and much better than it did after the Tuesday weights.
