- Pre-run thoughts:
- Hoping the Hot Dogs from last night don’t make this run too bad. Excited to run for the second practice! I ate a bagel with jelly which will probably be my pre run fuel before early practice.
- How fast did you go: 6:44 per mile
- How far did you run: 12 miles
- Specifics: base run before the workout tomorrow
- Post-run thoughts:
- Ran with a ton of guys today which was fun! Went at a pretty good pace and have been feeling better everyday! Still a little sore from the Tuesday lift though. Hannah was there taking pictures which was cool. Went for a Strava segment record up the big hill but messed it up waiting for people at the top.
- Nutrition and recovery after: had team breakfast at DeBruce which was fun then napped at home before team lunch. Did running analysis then made dinner with Kenadi :)
- End of day reflection:
- Pretty solid day. I was pretty tired throughout the day though, I need to get better sleep and more sleep. The run was good, I'm getting used to the high mileage weeks. Run analysis was fun and it was good to meet Jack more. Dinner was fun with Kenadi too! We made shrimp scampi and got the recipe thanks to Twos AI!
