- 📥 Process Email (work, personal), ➕ tasks to "💯 This Week" or Project Lists
- 📆 Review Calendar (last week, this week), ➕ tasks (follow up, and prep)
- 🎯 Review Current Goals & Projects, ➕ schedule P1 (red) and P2 (yellow) tasks
- 📌 Plan the week
- In "Week View", schedule P1 and P2 to days of the week.
- In Google Calendar, schedule P1 and P2 time blocks
- In Google Calendar, schedule time blocks for other tags (Admin, communications, Project Tasks, etc)

- 💯 Tasks This Week
- Add tasks that don't live on a Project List
- 🟢 ACTIVE Projects/Goals
- Add Project "lists" to "Weekly Planning" then move them between ACTIVE, NOT ACTIVE, and ARCHIVE as you do your weekly planning

- As you move "things" from TODAY or other lists, they appear at the bottom of the "list". During weekly planning, I review the INBOX to move "things" where they need to be.
