- The difference between an HDD and an SSD is astounding! I'm literally using a nine year-old laptop that I just maxed out with 16gb of ram and a 1tb SSD. The difference is incredible! Should have done this sooner.
- Twos is the only app that will cheer you with confetti when you check off a to-do, while silently judging you for procrastinating in the first place. It's like a supportive friend with a side-eye
- A powerful question to ask yourself at the end of each day: "Did the people I care about most, get my best energy?"
- Being good at what you do is partially about competence, but not exclusively.
Two other things that matter:
1) Reliability. You do what you say you're going to do—on time and as expected.
2) Enthusiasm. You're excited to be here and eager to work on this problem.
Skills matter, but in many cases it's your reliability or attitude that separates you from the pack. - James Clear
- The issue with "Progressives" and "Conservatives" is that they are both ideologies that skew reality according to their Ideology. Instead of staying with what is right now and reacting to that, they fight about their skewed version of reality. Naturally, that leads to dis-illusion and disappointment. The beauty of learning is that dropping one's illusions (or at least some of them) leads to working with what is and is actually needed in every situation. It makes for beautiful, competent, gracious, and generous people because when you strive for being free of illusions, one can actually act in accord with what is right now, which gives one a sense of empowerment and accomplishment. People love learning and the beauty of continuous learning is, that we get to be flexible and to react in accord to ever-changing situations and new information. It is like celebrating and trusting in people's intelligence instead of trying to pull them over to one's skewed reality. Could sleep so I thought I share what was moving around in my head :)
- Congrats Cam and fam! So happy for the first Twos World baby <3
- There are 145 days to the end of the year, and there is still time. Time to create, to take a day off, and to love yourself a little more. There's time to change a habit, take a first step, and make a new friend. There's time to say I love you, I'm sorry, or I forgive you. There's still time for doors to close, for new beginnings, and for trusting that good things are coming. There's still time.

- "It's essential to work on something you're deeply interested in. Interest will drive you to work harder than mere diligence ever could. The three most powerful motives are curiosity, delight, and the desire to do something impressive. Sometimes they converge, and that combination is the most powerful of all." - Paul Graham
