- Intro video
- Write things down
- DAY ONE of 22 ways to tame your ADHD brain
- WRITE THINGS DOWN
- If you're like me, thoughts come and go a mile a minute
- The best way to tame your brain is to write these things down as soon as they pop into your mind
- Writing things down helps you clear your mind, relieve anxiety, and remember things later on.
- Wherever you want to write things down is great, you just need to start.
- Personally, I have been using Twos to write things down for over two years because it is quick, easy, and not overwhelming.

- Make a morning routine
- DAY TWO of 22 ways to tame your ADHD brain
- Start your day with a morning routine
- Morning routines are a great way of practicing a few things to help you stay calm and focused throughout the day
- Write 3-4 things down that put you in the right mindset and read it every morning
- My morning routine consists of making my bed, doing 25 push-ups, drinking water outside, and meditating
- I keep my morning routine in a daily repeating sublist on Twos so it is the first thing I see every day

- Exercise
- DAY THREE of 22 ways to tame your ADHD brain
- EXERCISE
- Getting exercise is an amazing way to release energy, stay focused, and reduce stress.
- Whatever you enjoy doing to get your heart rate up is a great way to continue exercising
- Whether it be a nice walk, a quick run, or even playing pickleball with friends, exercise will calm your brain down in ways you can't imagine.
- Personally, I like to run and keep track of all my runs in Twos so I can remember where I was, see how my pace is improving, and share it with my other running buddies

- Listen to movie scores while you work
- DAY FOUR of 22 ways to tame your ADHD brain
- Listen to MOVIE SCORES while you work
- Movie scores are great for deep focus because they lack distracting lyrics and beats
- But this tip is not exclusive to movie scores. You can also try classical music, white noise, or any other non-distracting sounds you like.
- I keep my list of favorite movie scores in Twos - with inception as my number one

- Meditate
- DAY FIVE of 22 ways to tame your ADHD brain
- MEDITATE
- Meditation is great to help you slow down, feel calm, and focus on one thing at a time
- Meditation is about focusing on the breath for a short period of time, and I immediately noticed the impact it made on my overactive mind
- Be aware that even 5 minutes of meditation is not easy - so start with 1-2 minutes and build up from there.
- I have really enjoyed using Oak for my daily meditation because it is quick, easy, and its design is very calming
