This is going to be the most difficult thing to achieve. But with consistency I know I will be able to do it , there is no rocket science behind it just some dedication and boom. I'm going to wake up around 5:30 am everyday and plan my day accordingly. Once I start waking up at this time and stop sleeping in the evening I'll automatically get the sensation of sleep around 11 pm so this is what I'm going to do. I know this is going to very difficult at the initial point but without sacrifice nothing can be achieved.
