Archived projects/issues

- Users can archive projects along with their issues/components/attachments and versions . This doesn't affect associated schemes, workflows, issue types or any content that is shared with other projects. Issues wont show in basic or advanced search but direct links can still access them with no edit ability.
- When changing project key, the old links to issues using the old key will still work, the link will redirect users to the old issue with an updated key.
- Old filters will not update but the old project key will also be searchable
- Old key will be archived and saved, new projects can not use this key
