- You can rank issues across all projects assuming you have the permissions to see and edit
- Issue fields: Description fields, context fields and hidden fields (hide when empty fields also)
- Custom issues: New issue types will allow for separate workflow and field configurations
- Issue types can not associate with different project permissions or notification schemes
- You CAN NOT choose which fields are optional or required in the issue field layout page
- Only Jira admins can create new issue types
