Talking about Twos
Still forming the new habit
Really impressed with the user experience for a note taking/remembering app
It is a busy space in general between organization and productivity
My system started with Gmail. I would create email drafts to remember things (eventually up to 3000 drafts)
Then Evernote (because it was more easily searched)
Grew to hate it because it used to be simpler
Stuck with it, paying for it, however doesn't enjoy it
When I used it - I would use it as a daily, weekly, and monthly planner but couldn't move things forward, which is something I liked about your app
The second time I opened it and it was already performing what I expected it to without my knowledge was my aha moment.
"Yesterday, [Twos] was huge for me in my wife hollering across the house and I was able to quickly write things down we need to buy for a party we're hosting."
"For a person like me with a lot of evolution of this stuff, who likes simplicity, this feels very good"
Daytime routine
It made it to my homescreen
If there is a way to incentivize people to add it to their home screen would be massive.
Coins was a little "what the heck" at first
But then I was learning, and I would be willing to earn free months
I am guessing I will never use my public sharing account
"But maybe the platform will start promoting me because you never know what the next big platform is - in which I would be more inclined to dabble"
When I explained social (sharing restaurants in Winnipeg, no google), he said he likes the thought process behind it
"If I have my holiday shopping list, can I share it with my wife?"
Think about changing the icon for list settings
"For V1 I was really surprised for how full fledged the features are"
The learning curve feels appropriate - you are able to get started easily and then you learn more advanced features
How do you get people to continue learning over a period a time?
Streaks, badges...

Idea: "What did you leave in order to start using Twos" and give people coins when they select one
"My evernote are my memoirs, which is why I will never delete them, but can certainly can stop paying for it"
Thinks that import is for the older generation. And people who have had experience using older notes apps.
Younger people and faster adoption for the first time (who is ultimately who your initial target market probably is)
Charge $40 for import, the older demographic, but also use it as a "we don't recommend this to everyone, only people who really want it"
When I showed him on this day he referred to it as -- > Moments of delight
Potentially a new name for "On this day?"
iPad app (not a priority but certainly nice to have)
When he asked about Mac App I told him it should be here in the next 5-7 days
The true test for me is whether my wife likes it.
When you think of super apps and what things happen every day
Spouse and significant other
Steal good ideas from "couple app"
Raised too much money too fast and it took two people to onboard them
Shared grocery lists were one of their unique pieces and it got a lot of organic traction
"Let's start your shared grocery list, add your spouse/roommate's email to add them to this list" --> sends them the referral link and adds them to the list.

I am opening the app in the morning and being prompted to move things to today's list
I have never been too hokie to journal or gratitude
But both concepts could reinforce how people use the app
Can your prompts change based on what you want them to do
Where you want them to file their information
What you want them to capture
When you write down "bananas" do you want to move this to your grocery list
Prompt people to remember their highlights of the day, and share them
"You are climbing up Maslow's hierarchy of needs with the social side"
