- ✓ Notarized copy of: Marriage certificate
- ✓ Notarized copy of: Vietnamese spouse's identity card/citizen identity card
- ✓ Notarized copy of: Family book of Vietnamese spouse
- ✓ Temporary residence confirmation form (will be prepared by our company) signed by the police station of the ward where the foreigner registers to temporarily reside.
- Form NA7 (to be prepared by our company) signed by the police station of the ward where the foreigner and his wife register their temporary residence.
- Form NA8 (to be prepared by our company) signed by foreigners
- ✓ 2 portrait photos 2x3cm with white background, eyes looking straight, no glasses, no smile.
- ✓ Original passport, original visa/original temporary residence card of foreigners.
- ✓ If foreigners are working and sponsored by a Vietnamese company, they will need a decision to resigned from that company ( just protocal, foreigner doesn’t need to actual resigned)
