- Multiple teams in single project: All teams working from same roadmap, contributing to coordinated product releases, a common set of permissions is sufficient for all teams, common workflow. Shared reporting and metrics
- Individual projects for each team: Teams work independently, releases are not coordinated, different permissions needed, specialised workflows, Sprint planning isnt coordinated and individual reporting is required
- They can still use Epics to coordinate at a higher level, track Epic progress.
