Athlete Representative

- Vantage Sports is introducing Athlete Representatives to help achieve our goal of providing NIL opportunities for all college athletes nationally. These athletes will be responsible for representing Vantage Sports at their local university by recruiting local college athletes for their corresponding sport. Not only do our representatives have the opportunity as the other athletes to monetize off their NIL, but we also provide an initial starting referral bonus of $10 for every new athlete that signs up for Vantage. This gives the representative creative ways to market not only themselves, but the greater cause of NIL monetization by helping other college athletes.
- Representatives will be given custom Vantage swag that shows their school's spirit, money is currently tight but we are willing to provide the rep with anything they need in order to feel comfortable spreading the word about Vantage.
- This role is very similar to an ambassadorship, however this is a much larger cause and if you are reading this we hope you take this opportunity seriously as it is an easy way to make money fast - we are busy running a business in a dark room, you guys are on the field with the other athletes, dropping a few words to them has infinite more impact than any other approach we can find feasible.
- This is a beta role, we are starting with $10/sign up and if the person that signs up completes a session then they receive $10. We don't know how this role will play out but we think this extremely fair for both sides as representative's short term gain is worth our long term customer retention.
- Job Description: Athlete Representatives are responsible for recruiting & assisting other local athletes at *school* with Vantage Sports as well as also being the main point of contact for*sport* at *school*.
