- This has reduced in the last week to 8.2 units per day since seeing the doctor on Tuesday night (16th August 2022)

- has current issues which has lead to his issue of drinking but this has got worse over the last few months / years since having a catalogue of events happen in his life.
- Next Steps
- will be be seeing the GP again in mid September 2022 so will assess where we are and what is needed at this point.
- Not progressed any further today as there is a large unit decrease in alcohol consumed, but will need to do an assessment if there are issues along the way.
