- Waking up and going to bed early
- I've been waking up at 5 am and going to bed at 9 pm for the past 6 years

- Limiting decisions
- I eat a lot of the same foods, wake up and fall asleep around the same time, exercise daily, and I've worn the same jeans and style of shoes for 8 years

- Meditating
- I meditate 1-2 times per day for 10-20 minutes

- I read for 30 min-1 hr every morning and night

- I have been coding nearly every day since 2016. Practice and learning new things compounds so you can solve harder problems in the future
