- input 502 and 504 in MLS - save as incomplete
- ✓ call Peggy and get which which storage spaces are assigned to which units and if the storage spaces have a legal description. Also ask Peggy if there are any upcoming assessments.
- ✓ Get the legal description for the parking spaces for 502 and 504 and add it to 502 for spaces 1 and 3 and to 504 for spaces 51 and 56
- ✓ Ask Peggy for digital copy of condo docs, rules and regulations, Condo Q&A and most recent budget. Add those to the documents section of the incomplete listing along with the Lead Based Paint and sellers acknowledgement
- ✓ To get from Peggy were about ready to list the condos, get diagram of parking lot so we can show people where there spaces are, also the. most current copy of the building finacials, and a digital copy of the condo documents+ any amendments to the condo docs.
