Revenue is a lagging indicator and is impacted 3-6 months after the real problem. Your pipeline is more of a leading indicator. Google analytics, Mixpanel, heap for user based analytics. Marketing automation for email, sms, and slack is scalable. Take your ego out of the picture and focus on what needs to get done and why they are important
