- We have been working with Andrew for your townhouse and we are very excited! I am reaching out with a couple of questions we have before we sign the contract.
- We wanted to see if there is any wiggle room on $6,500 per month? We are happy to sign for a longer term, stage the property for potential buyers, or anything else you see of value.
- Second, we wanted to see if you would be open to having the two baby blue rooms repainted? Ideally a more neutral color. If you can work with us on the rent, we would be happy to find someone to paint.
- Lastly, can you please give us an estimate of the monthly utility bill?
