- Our business solves many problems. Some of which are larger and more abstract. Some of which are more specific and relatable. Which kind of problem should we build the business plan around? Will we need to stick to the one problem highlighted in our plan?
- Describe all of the problems in the plan. Focus on the one primary problem. Make sure they are significant and will contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Identify what portion of your business (% of revenue) each problem solves
