Patience is the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset. The first type of patience is the one we are familiar with: Patience for a result. Wanting something to happen and having wait: a diet to show up on the scale, a product to gain millions of users, or an account to gain millions of subscribers. Staying consistent, being persistent, and focusing on what you can control helps with patience for a result. But, there is another type of patience less talked about.... Patience before an action. Not stopping at your first idea, but allowing yourself to wait and think until you find something you're excited for. This type of patience can save you a lot of time and energy. Be patient, be selective. Then be patient and persistent until you see results
