- Product:
- Improved collaboration:
- Collaborators receive updates via email
- Display the creator of the list and things
- Updated the list filters to show shared lists
- Submitted the Android app to Google Play for testing (Coming Jan 2022)
- Offline saving on web so you do not need an internet connection to add new things
- Conducted user studies to make improvements to the UI
- Updated our landing page
- Performance improvements throughout the app including the initial time to start writing
- New users now select their default thing type (dash, text, to-do) during onboarding
- Updated our onboarding gifs (view in the "me" tab)
- Added a notification to help people develop a habit of writing things in Twos
- User Data/App Store Improvements
- Data from 12/1/21-12/31/21
- Signups: 40 (up 65%)
- DAUs: 58 (up 12%)
- Impressions: 5.8k (up 65%)
- Product page views: 859 (up 10%)
- Downloads: 231 (up 8%)
- Proceeds per paying user: $3.83
- Updated our App Store app preview
- Submitted the App Store promotion form to be featured on the App Store
- Marketing:
- Ran a TwosApp.com holiday giveaway (increased our impressions & engagement)
- Created TikTok's with an average of 2,916 views and 34 likes
- Opened up the Twos Guys calendar to accept meeting requests
- Released episode 29 of Twos Talk
- Released more videos:

- Reaching out to influencers for mutually beneficial exposure and reach
- Making a plan for 2/22/22 "Twosday"
- Continue blogging to improve SEO
- Expand our reach on TikTok
- Reach out to local news stations for a feature
- Continue to grow our community on Discord for an open feedback loop
