He wanted a little subtitle with the first slide for Twos. He expected the onboarding slides to be features. Days -> “Manage your days“. Lists -> “To-do lists“. How can it help me? That was exciting. A little weird that the keyboard was opened right away. Likes the haptic touch. No back to today :(. Couldn't figure out how to tab. Tried to add a dash and it deleted because it was already a tab. Sets todos every day. Have Twos right on his computer. Wants it on web app. I also got this comment once so that “you don't always have it open in the browser“ . Google Keep never stuck for him. Wanted to be able to focus right on the front of a thing. Wanted to indent quickly. Wanted to indent multiple things. Something with selecting multiple things was crashing. Accidentally starring. Moved things he didn't get done to tomorrow. Wants a quick indent. Wanted sub lists for his thing that said business idea. Bottom bar did not exist. Couldn't figure out how to get to his lists. What was happening when it “flashed your screen“? “Quickly being able to get to his lists would be nice“. Big side menu guy, no navigation bar. “Would be nice if there was a go back to today“ button on the week bar. Morning should be 8 am. Premium feature: custom reminder times. But you know this of course. Wants to see upcoming reminders. Mixing days and lists is a little odd. I get that a day is a list. How will this scale? What is the point of a star? Long form notes are really helpful. Short item type stuff. A “note“ is missing. What does this compete with? Every day get your thoughts into Twos. Emily: “what types of notes do you write and what is the format?“. Lets go Emily. Facts. He's got a baby names list. Lotta shared lists. Looks more like a document. Does most of his work on the computer. Never goes back. A note is different from a list. Wanted to click and hold and drag as a my dashboard. Didn't know if lists was lists. What's the difference between Home and Lists. Priority based. Green button would be day or list. Two taps. Settings could be in the side menu. I like this idea. Makes him want to be more short form. Missing the long form structure. Because of dashes. We're trying to be long form. There is a difference between a list and a note. Uses notes quite a bit. Wants to see a template before he uses it. Use template in the top right. Paper notes, apple notes, and calendar. Wants it all in one place. Emily. You wildin. Business perspective, how do you plan to make money? I wouldn't pay for it. Should be free. Frustrated if there were ads. Idk how I'd ever pay for it. https://miro.com/blog/visual-notes/. Hey Alex! Thank you for doing your user study with Emily! She just showed it to me and it was fantastic feedback and had great ideas! We're very excited about some upcoming home/dashboard work you mentioned to customize and help with priority, as well as combing “home“ with the “lists“ view since those are pretty repetitive. A couple of other things that stuck out were wanting to quickly tab something, which can be completed by pressing space on a blank thing or at the start of a thing. Also, wanting to use Twos at your computer at twosapp.com, which also syncs with the mobile app. Thank you again for taking the time to check out Twos and talk to Emily. I'm in San Diego until the new year but would love to meet up when I get back to learn more about you and Iteright! And hopefully, we can help simplify your paper notes, Apple Notes, and Calendar in Twos and also help remind you of things!
