Downtown, Orange Park, St. Augustine

- First pic, middle of the word Jacksonville is downtown.
- Jacksonville is a city of Suburbs.
- The Downtown is a ghost town (they’re “working on it”).
- Orange park to the south is a different county and therefore different city.
- It is suburbia central. I HATE it.
- It’s malls strip malls and traffic
- BUT very affordable and has all the places you need.
- About an hour from the beach.
- Jacksonville beach is the main beach
- Why live in florida if not at the beach?
- And to the south is St. Augustine,
- the oldest European settlement continuously inhabited in the contiguous US
- It’s very pretty, very old, and has great beaches and restaurants!
