- Reminder alerts: receive notifications before your reminder
- Speak to text

- Fundraising:
- Spoke with Jim Stallings, CEO of PS27 Ventures
- 3rd round interview with MuckerLab accelerator
- Attended a Florida Funders happy hour
- Updated the Twos pitch deck
- Established ideal qualifications for our board of advisors
- Applied to the 500 Startups accelerator
- Applied to the Village Global accelerator
- Marketing:
- Started "Twos Guys" content
- Updated our App Store title, subtitle, description, and keywords, which has resulted in a 300% increase in impressions and a 166% increase in downloads
- Started a Twos blog on Medium
- Conducted 5 user studies
- Bought Twos t-shirts, stickers, and $2 bills for promotion
- Updated Twos merch with our new logo and message that all proceeds are donated to Alzheimer's research
- Posted lists for organic exposure
- Interviewed a potential marketing hire
- Philanthropy:
- Sponsored the Alzheimer's Association's Walk to End Alzheimer's
- Here is what we are doing in December 2021...
- Google Calendar integration
- Spoke with 5 potential investor groups
- Started the Twos community on Discord
- Launch on Android
- Establish a subscription model ($2 per month for all upgrades)
- Launch a reward-based onboarding to teach features
- Redesign the home view
- Redesign the upgrades view to be coin based
- Launch on ProductHunt
- Run a contest/giveaway to increase exposure
- Release more Twos Guys content
- Make “show and tell” videos to educate users
- Reach out to “game changer” mentors, advisors, and influencers
