- initial thoughts
- Is forgetting things a problem? I don't remember what I had for dinner last week, but that's not a problem. I want to remember important things. (Roam's niche is research — you want to remember things that are part of your research project.)
- Hard to differentiate on features since it seems every notes app has the same features. Do you have a different /philosophy/ of organization / note taking?
- Feature slide -> Philosophy slide
- Traction — Don't include it, def don't include it going down in the last month. This won't be a numbers round.
- Event, communities
- Validation — This is good! Good to have a few people really like you.
- Biz Model — Don't need 3 rev streams. Choose 1.
- Twos Social — Either expand more or drop it. It's on two slides but unclear what it is.
- Overall
- Pick a niche
- Have a philosophy
- GTM
- Say WOM is already working.
- Outreach is a bad channel unless it's proven.
