Add one box of gelatin (28g) to 1/3 cup COLD water. Stir until spongey and then let sit for 15 minutes to allow it to bloom. In a small pot, heat up the gelatinous sponge until it's all liquid. Add one box of Jello and stir until all mixed together. Add 1/4 cup corn syrup or sugar (I prefer corn syrup as it gives the gummy a spongier texture). Add 1ml of flavour. Add your distillate or infused oil. Stir until you see a bubble or two. Stir rigorously for two more minutes. Transfer to squeeze bottle and pour into molds or a sheet pan. Set in fridge for 4-6 hours. Pop out of molds and let cure or coat in sugar. Let dry for 24 hours. Enjoy!
