- What is Twos?
- Twos is a system of "days, lists, and things"
- Twos makes it faster and easier for you to capture, remember, and share any "thing" in your life in an organized way.
- What is a thing?
- A thing is an individual piece of information
- You can quickly record any "thing" you want to remember
- I.e. thoughts, feelings, reminders, tasks, memories, quotes, recipes, jokes, coupon codes...any piece of your life
- What is a list?
- A list is a collection of things with a name so you can find them easily in Twos.
- I.e. favorite quotes, grocery list, to-do list, restaurants to try, books to read.
- You can create a list for any things and share your lists with others.
- What is a day?
- A day is a list you can quickly put the things you want to write down that are organized by today’s date.
- Every time you open Twos, you will see your Today
- You can write any "thing" on a day to remember when it happened and have the additional context of what else you did on that day.
- Why should I use Twos instead of Apple Notes, Evernote, Notion, etc.?
- While all these programs are great, they do not make it easy to quickly write, organize, and share your things.
- By using documents, or notes, you have to decide where to write what you want to write before you can start writing.
- Twos is faster to capture any "thing" on a day, and then you can easily reorder and move things around to organize them.

- Why did Twos start?
- Since social media is only designed for the information you want to share, Twos was created to record anything privately, and then share pieces of what you wrote publicly.
- Why is it called "Twos"?
- Twos was originally a fun way to celebrate good things happening. When something good happened, we would throw a peace sign ✌️ and yell "Twooooooos!"
- The word was added to the product, to complement the two sides of the platform (private and social) and the button for sharing a piece of information was the peace sign ✌️ , and other people would press the peace sign ✌️ to "Twos", "like," or "celebrate" the information you've shared.
- What is Twos Social?
- Twos Social is the social part of Twos. Everything you write in Twos is originally private, but you can share your days, lists, and things with others to discover, celebrate, and learn from
- Twos Social was removed in version 2 to focus on creating the best place to write things down but will be reintroduced soon
- Can I store sensitive information?
- Your information is protected by token authentication. You must log in with your password to access your account. Just as anything else on the internet, systems can be hacked, so please be cautious
- Security will be an important focus of ours as we grow, but we have not yet hired a security expert
- Is Twos available on Android?
- Not yet! Twos has been on Android, but we are focusing on engineering efforts to iterate on the product for now

- Functionality
- How do I share a list?
- You can press the "Share" button next to the list name to share a link to your list
- Sharing or copying the link will make the link public so other people can view it
- If you no longer want a link to be private, you can make the list private again in the list settings
- Can I select multiple "things" at once?
- On mobile, start selecting multiple "things" by swiping to the left on any "thing" ⬅️. Then, tap other "things" to select them
- On web, you can hover over any "thing" and click the circle to the right of it to start selecting, or you can click and highlight multiple things you want to select
- Is there a faster way to add tabs?
- On mobile, place your cursor at the start of any text and press the space bar
- You can press the delete at the front of things to remove tabs
- On web, press the Tab key
- Can I create reminders from web?
- Not yet, reminders can currently only be made on the iOS app.
- Do you have desktop reminders?
- Not yet, we will be adding Chrome and Mac notification in the future.
- If I set reminders on my iPad will it go to my phone?
- Yes, reminders go off on your iPad, iPhone, and Apple Watch as long as you’re logged into your account on those devices.
- How do I export my things as text on web?
- You can export all of your information from Twos in your Profile view by pressing "Export as text."
