- Twos is my first experience in building something with intrinsic value. In my personal life, I have built a social network, reputation, and a bunch of star wars legos that I am proud of.

- Who is your initial target customer? What is the problem you are solving for this customer? Walk us through a primary use case.
- Twos is for people who want a better way to organize the information in their lives and who want more human connections than status updates, but our go-to-market strategy is to target specific problems that mothers, young professionals, and entertainers have with their current writing solutions.
- Describe your product and where you are in terms of the product development (ex: idea stage, working prototype, beta/pilots, launched, revenue-generating, etc.).
- Twos is available on the app store and on web. We have been working on perfecting the private side of information gathering while we plan for the relaunch of Twos social, which was in V1.
- What makes your company and product unique? Tell us about your competition. How are you different?
- Twos is designed to emulate people's lives and the information they need to capture throughout their days and lives. It is the fastest and easiest place to write things down and is not designed specifically for productivity. We also have big plans for Twos Social which will redefine how humans share personal information and memories, fulfilling people's desires to connect over more than just personal updates.
- Tell us about your team, including team member names and background. What makes you the right team to start and/or grow this business?
- Parker Klein was the second front-end developer, fourth engineer at a startup called Trustwork where he met Joe Steilberg who was participating in the Trustwork boot camp. Joe is a natural-born salesman and focused on the business development of Twos. The two have mutually shared interests in creating a product that will disrupt the people think about writing things down. Their personalities/skillsets complement each other perfectly, allowing for a great partnership focused on helping as many people as possible.
- Do you have any traction with users or customers? Please provide any relevant metrics.
- Our 30-day DAU retention is 40% and our DAUs are increasing about 20% every week. Last week, we reached our all-time high in DAUs. We also have a merchandise website that has sold 25 products in just over a month.
- Where do you expect to be at the end of the program, from both a company and product perspective as well as any key metrics (customers, revenue, etc.)?
- We expect to utilize the resources and network an accelerator will give us to grow exponentially. Our vision is strong and we look to an accelerator to assist us with the execution of our marketing, fundraising, and scaling of the platform to a globally recognizable tool/brand.
- Please list all funding raised to date, including self-financing, other accelerator programs, etc.
- Parker and Joe made an initial deposit of $12,222 to be used as an operating budget. We have a burn of $28 a month and have not raised any other funds or participated in any other accelerator program.
- Why are you interested in starting or growing your business in Pittsburgh/Southwest Pennsylvania?
- We are willing to go wherever is necessary to realize the potential we know Twos has.
