Quickly and easily record any piece of information so you'll be able to remember and share it for the rest of your life. Best doesn't add much proof here. Why is it the best? No exclamation point. Twos is the quickest and easiest place to write things down. Store any piece of information in Twos to organize, remember, and share for the rest of your life. This is actually a date field so we can't say 'we incorporated on' - let me know what you think. Which industry/sector classification applies best to your company?*. Software. (?) Are there other options? Customer success may be companies that help other companies manage their customers. Customer Success (FORMER). Describe your business model. How does (or will) your company make money, even if it is not making any today?*. We will make money through advertising, acquisition, pro-feature subscriptions, sales lead generation and taking a percentage of people selling their lists within Twos. We are not currently focused on generating revenue because we are focused on the product and acquiring and retaining users. We plan on making money through advertising, acquisition, pro-feature subscriptions, or generating sales as a digital personal assistant in the future. Twos is not focused on generating revenue because we are more concerned with acquiring users (FORMER). Which business model category best matches your company?*. Mobile App. Type of Sales*. B2B. B2C. B2G. How much revenue did your company make during the last six months? Please break down the revenue by month in US dollars. Six months ago?* 0. Five months ago?* 0. Four months ago?* 0. Twos is focused on the product, growing the user base, and finding the right product-market fit before we attempt to generate revenue. We are looking to join an accelerator for guidance on the best go-to-market strategy (FORMER). How many total customers or users (as applicable) did your company have over the last six months? Please break down the number by month. Six months ago?* 0. Five months ago?* 0. Four months ago?* 0. Three months ago?* 43. Two months ago?* 65. Last month?* 88. If there are any trends you’d like to explain in the customer or user numbers (seasonality, new customers/products, etc.), please describe them below. We have been tracking our MAUs for the past 3 months. MAUs are people who have used the app 5 days in a month exclusive of one another. We have only tracked our MAUs for the past 3 months. I think it may be worth saying that we have a high standard for who qualifies as an MAU by mentioning the 5 time usage threshold. If any customers, users, or partners are particularly notable, please share the context. Where are your target customers based?*. We are still narrowing in on our target customers, but moms, young professionals, and entertainers are everywhere. What are your go-to-market channels right now? Tell us how they have been fueling your customer or revenue growth.*. We are still figuring this out, but currently, we are putting out content on social media to reach new users and educate existing users. We also reach out to friends and family and have had a lot of success in people telling their friends because of the value they get from Twos. We have not isolated a go-to-market channel. We do believe that entertainers and moms could be two markets we can target because they have a lot going on and need a place to quickly write things down. This is something we are primarily looking for guidance to execute (FORMER). What problem or use case does your company address, and how do your potential target customers get by today in the absence of your product/service?*. Human brains are poor at remembering information. People forget things all the time because they don't have a place that is quick, easy, and accessible to write things down. People have grown accustomed to forgetting things, but the more you remember, the more you get out of your life, so we want to help people remember more of the things they do, think, and learn, so they can share and connect with more people. Who are your competitors or substitutes for your product or service?*. Notion, Apple Notes, Evernote, notebooks, paper, sticky notes, and other productivity/task apps. Some direct competitors are Notion, Apple Notes, Minimalist, and other productivity apps. Twos is focused on building its platform around the best place to write anything down, not just tasks, lists, or notes (FORMER). What makes your company stand out amongst that competition?*. Our system of days, lists, and things is easy to understand (people are familiar with journals), enjoyable (people love lists), and makes capturing anything, and everything, fast. With days, we also have time-based ways to remember more of the things you've written and done. In the future, we will expand on our private notes to allow social sharing of days, lists, and things to improve people's connection with one another and to become the biggest personal and social network of information. Twos is also a very strong brand, we believe it will become similar to Apple or Nike, as it is a positive celebration of people's experiences and the hand peace sign is a positive, global hand gesture. Twos is better because we are focused on the simple act of writing things down and making that experience as quick and easy as possible. We are different because we have days, lists, and things. Anything can be written on a day or moved and organized on a list. With days, we also have time-based ways to remember more of the things you've written and done. Parker has a computer science degree from Vanderbilt University and Joe has a degree in finance from the University of South Carolina (FORMER). Why did you decide to start this company?*. Parker thought of the idea to have a platform for information that would be half private and half social. Everything is originally private, but you can share pieces of the information you record publicly, rather than writing in place and sharing it in another. Parker started development in 2015 and has been building it in school and outside of work since. Parker removed social in 2017 to focus on the experience for capturing information and plans to reintroduce social soon. Joe became more and more interested in creating the best place to write things down and Joe and Parker worked together since July 2020 and moved to Tampa together in January 2021. We are now focused on scaling the idea to the masses. Parker began developing Twos in 2015 while attending Vanderbilt University. While teaching himself react native, he continued working on Twos in his free time constantly improving the idea and the product. Twos is now on its 3rd version and has had hundreds of updates since June of last year.
