Tom thinks that the vision of being the best place to write things down isn’t big enough capitalization and we won’t get enough interest on people looking to streamline their note taking. We need to get integrations with companies so that when you write things down it automatically triggers sales through orders of the companies. Last week you bought these things from Publix (which we know bc the orders are placed online) would you like to place the order again. You write down Quiet Place 2 and it shows the movie ticket options. You write down buy khakis and target shows you the different khaki options. We’re ready for you to pay ‘go to target app’. And we take a 5% stake of all sales pushed through writing things down and triggering integrations with other apps. Writing down grocery lists and then Instacart giving you options of the things you want to shop for. When you write down email replies and they send for you from Twos to the email manager. You write down your favorite quote and it shows you books by the author. You write down ‘take a vacation’ and it gives you package options. You can opt out of ads - but the integrations makes your life much easier so you will want them in small doses. When you write down that you have a flight, it calls the Uber for you based on the departure time. Think you should do less beej face time and more video of the app’s in-depth functionality. I’d push the features of twos as why it helps you remember better not just bc forgetting sucks. Yes but in my opinion you verbally saying that your app solves it doesn’t inspire people to download. Them seeing how twos works is the key. Maybe even set a notification as your demoing “oh Twos just alerted me to pick up my dry cleaning” as the notification banner pops up on the phone. Instead of telling people why they need it, show them. IMP
