- When you are looking to amplify someone else's experience, you aren't looking at your own problems and your own insecurities

- Slow down be present and acknowledge a persons existence
- Be very honest with yourself, figure out all the ways someone can tell you no and take all of those off the table so the last thing they can tell you is yes

- Calm yourself, control yourself, be methodical and specific about how you respond

- Have random conversations you will learn something you didn't know
- Surround yourself with people who know more than you about certain things
- Talk to people randomly
- When you read a book actually stop and think about how can I use this
- Be excited about life, be a kid
- Acknowledge that you have to change in order to grow
- Look at the world in a childlike way, look up, look at things with fresh eyes. Don't be fixated on a destination, keep your head on a swivel
- Ideas remain ideas until you give them a deadline
- Put yourself out there and ask uncomfortable questions
- Ask people to connect you with other people they know
- Be a person of peace compassion and love
- Fully believe in yourself without any fear
- Make the most of your opportunities because other people don't get the same opportunities
- Don't waste your life your gift and your blessings
- Look at everything as what can I learn from this that I can translate to something else
- Turn your circumstances into opportunities
- It's all about reframing it's not a struggle it's an opportunity it's not a problem it's a possibility
- Have a growth mindset don't feel sorry for yourself
- Find joy in your work
- You have to get numb to the criticism before you can ignore it
- Live your dreams out loud
- You have to get it out of your head in order to achieve it
- Fear stops people from doing what they want in life
