- If you're reaching out to Wizz Air Copenhagen Office or the airline help centre understanding your passenger rights when your flight's been delayed is useful. In Europe travellers might be able to claim care food and drink or even money for a delay depending on the reason for it and how long you've been stuck. Save all receipts, photos of any notifications of delay and be sure to record exactly when you arrived. Remember to be courteous but firm and stay well-organised and this will all go a lot more smoothly.
