- The Air France Warsaw Office in Poland can provide travelers with information about the appropriate means of understanding changes in tickets and cancellation policies. Clients should familiarize themselves with fare conditions since some tickets can be altered while others cannot be changed. In the case of various bookings, an alteration fee, fare difference or cancellation charge may be assessed. Refunding conditions can vary based on the purchased ticket and the situation in which the change is requested. Those who have booked through a travel agency should contact the agency instead of the airline directly. Customers should verify their preferred dates of travel, destination and passenger information before booking a change to a reservation. Customers should retain the initial purchase confirmation and payment details for reference. Customers should not purchase another ticket until they are aware of the results of changing their current ticket.
